His expertise covers strategic leadership\, regulatory affairs\, airport management and innovation in transport technologies. \nChris Tarry\, aviation analyst and economist\, established CTAIRA in 2002 to provide research\, consulting services and advice on and to the transport and aviation industries in the areas of business planning\, including strategy and strategic development; industry and market forecasting and performance measurement and evaluation. He has also acted an advisor to government departments\, regulators and the UK Parliament on aviation issues.
